Probably like you, I buy the books, read the blogs, do the training, however most people dont. They settle for "making do" at business presentations not realising their importance. Then,if they fail to gain support for their propositition they blame anything but themselves. This was the number one mistake with quite a few respondents,several of whom are on the boards of major companies .Thanks for your comment and "exposure" on your blog. Hi Denis.its bewildering.
